Partnership Announcement for Seussical the Musical Production

"Madison Southern Theatre Department is proud to announce that it will be bringing back Seussical the Musical THIS SUMMER. Making Noise Theatre Company will be partnering with Madison Southern to create a two-week intensive program designed to bring together both students and adults. This exciting initiative will provide participants with the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and perform in an intergenerational production of Seussical the Musical.

We aim to foster creativity and build community, ensuring an engaging and educational experience for all involved, culminating in a dynamic production that showcases talent across age groups."

Audition Workshop: June 6th 6-7pm

Get a head start on your Seussical the Musical audition or just come have a fun and educational evening with this exclusive choreography workshop! Led by the talented Kelly Fischer, this session is designed for middle school-aged children and above who are preparing for the upcoming auditions. You'll dive into key dance techniques, get insider audition tips, and even get a sneak peek at the choreography you’ll be learning in the audition itself. This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, refine your skills, and be fully prepared when it’s time to take the stage.

Fees: We’re excited to have you join us for our upcoming Summer Intensive! Please note that for all students (middle school and high school-aged) participating in the intensive, there will be a fee of $100/week(Total: $200) to cover the cost of instruction, materials, costume, and cast shirt. This fee helps us provide the best possible experience for everyone involved. If you have any questions or need further details, feel free to reach out! Cue the Crew: Theater Tech Intensive

Not all stars are on stage! In CUE THE CREW, young creatives will dive into the exciting world behind the curtain—lights, sound, set design, stage management, and more. This hands-on camp gives kids a chance to build, design, and run the show from the shadows. Space is limited, so grab your headset and join the crew!

There will be evening rehearsals for adults who wish to participate but can not come during typical work hours.
